Another beautiful day in the neighborhood!  I think we had 12 attenting this morning. When I left, a couple walked out with me and he was an 86 year old WW2/Korea veteran, a "Jarhead".  We are running out of the "Greatest Generation".  It was good to talk to them.

OK, it's official!  We have moved from Jerry Bob's to Denny's.  We had a nice group this morning, the food was good and so was the service.

We had 14 there.  They moved the tables away from the short wall so nobody would be trapped in and it was good.

Meet Charlie!  She was our waitress at Denny's near Broadway and Wilmot this morning.  We have decided to give a try to another location for various reasons.  Most of all, it's just not as good there as it has been over the years.  It costs more and the quality has decreased for whatever reason.

There were 16 there.  Somehow, I sat right next to K7IOU - Dave and I forgot to take his picture. Sigh!

I am sad to say that we have lost Ray - WB7OHF.  Ray put up one hell of a fight but finally had to give up the battle.  There will be a viewing/wake at Bring's on Broadway near Kolb on Wednesday, 8 January between 6 and 8 PM.  The funeral with Last Alarm honors will be held there on Thursday, 9 January, at 10 AM.  We're goning to miss Ray at breakfast.
